shipment within 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays,

of damage during transit and ensure it reaches the customer
in excellent condition.

5. Dispatch Notification
Once your order has been packed and dispatched from our

applicable.
6. Shipping Address Changes
Customers may request changes to the shipping address only
before an order has been dispatched. Once the shipment has
been handed over to the courier partner, address modifications
may not be possible.

by our logistics partners. Certain remote or restricted
areas may not be eligible for shipment or may require
additional processing time.
8. Shipping Restrictions

9. International Shipping
Unless specifically mentioned on our website, Dream Crux
currently ships products only within India. International
shipping services are not available at this time.
